Parts of the Flight Field
Trackers: Collect data on altitude and and time aloft
Recovery Team: Watches the rocket to see where it lands then retrieves it
Range Safety Officer: Makes sure nothing is in the flight field such as bystanders and airplanes and also make sure that the wind is not too strong
Wind: The wind is blowing from right to left. The rocket should be adjusted to launch with the wind.

Altitude
The angle gun was aimed at the rocket when it was at its highest point to figure out the altitude. Then the equation:
was used to figure out the altitude. A is the altitude. B is the know distance from the launch pad. Theta is the angle that was found using the angle gun. The trackers stood 850ft from the launch pad. They stand on the opposite side of the launch pad for safety reasons.
